Return Policy

Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the item for a full refund (less original cost of shipping and handling).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

The item must be in new / re-sellable condition. Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not refund / exchange items more than 30 days old.

If the item appears used and in non-sellable condition we will not accept it as a return.

We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.  To return an item, please contact us.

Be sure to include your name and address, order ID #, and a telephone number at which you can be easily reached.
